Note: The cutoff date to be included on event signage is April 17th. We will continue to accept sponsorships

even after this date but your company logo won’t make it for the print cutoff time.

• All sponsors agree to follow the Code of Conduct and sponsors and/or ​individuals violating the Code of Conduct will be removed from the ​event without funds being refunded
  
• Sponsors agree to the inclusions of their sponsorship package
  
• A catastrophic event forcing the cancellation or postponement of the ​event will allow sponsors to either request a refund at 100% or continue ​their sponsorship
  

Cancellation Policy

Sponsors can cancel their sponsorship within 24 hours of signing the ​contract without any penalties.

If canceling:

• After 24 hours, a 10% administration fee will be deducted from the ​sponsorship amount
• 3 months before the event, 25% of the sponsorship fee will be forfeited
• 2 months before the event, 50% of the sponsorship fee will be forfeited
• 1 month before the event, 75% of the sponsorship fee will be forfeited
• 2 weeks before the event, 100% of the sponsorship fee will be forfeited
